To everyone there,

It is easy to see that the 'service' you provide is done out of love, not duty, and greatly appreciated by us.  Deedra and Carolyn, I saw you the most, thank you.  All of the other names I saw on the time sheets, thanks to all of you also.  Mama enjoyed you and I appreciated you.

Signature,
You all are such wonderful people, I do not know what Theresa, Mother, and I would have done without your help. I knew all I had to do was place a phone call and ask for whatever and our wish was taken care of immediately! Everyone has been so genuine and loving throughout the years, it reflects totally on the both of you! We can only say THANK YOU!!! Dearly from our hearts, for taking such great loving care of our parents!
Love,

Louise & Theresa

Thank you dear ones for becoming Mom’s new “family” at the age of 89 when she needed love, attention and care that the rest of us couldn’t begin to provide. It’s amazing to me how many took part of that circle of care over these past four years. Our mother was able to be independent and living in her own home, because of you all. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!
Greatfully,
Rev. Marylou Palmer &
Charles and Linda Palmer

Dear Judi and Staff,

Thank you so much for the kindness and help extended to me and my husband. Karen was a God send to us in a time when we were in serious need of help. She was so willing to do anything. She did so much more than she documented in the “Care Plan Book”
I also want to commend your office staff. When I called with a question they were so kind and helpful and quick to find an answer for me.
Thank you again for your help and rest assured if the need if the need arises your firm will be the one I call for help and I will recommend your services to all my friends and family.

Sincerely,

Nancy and Jeff Butler

About sixteen months ago, our lives started to come unglued. We had bought a house in Anniston, AL near my sister and were dividing our time between that house and our original home in Athens, GA. Since we are in our eighties and have no children of our own, my sister and her children had offered to help assist us when they could. They are doing all they can without disrupting their lives, but we found we needed additional help. Herman had been diagnosed with memory problems and possible Parkinson’s syndrome.
Herman fell on our concrete driveway, injuring his head and sustaining other injuries. After being treated for several days in the hospital, he spent about a month in a rehab facility. While he was in rehab, I developed some serious chest pains and was admitted to the hospital. While I was in the hospital and Herman was in rehab my doctor told me that I was not physically able to take care of Herman, and advised placement in a care facility. A very good friend learned of our situation and advised me to contact “Signature In-Home Care”, for help. Judi Hansek visited me in the hospital and offered to contact our long term health care insurance carrier to see if Herman qualified for care. She worked diligently to get professional home care started for Herman.
Their employee has been a “God-send” to both of us. For more than a year, she has taken care of Herman. This enables me to go to the grocery store, shop, go to the doctor, take physical therapy, take care of business, or just sleep if that is my greatest need. I don’t see how I could have "made it" without their help.
